【工作職缺】HR Manager

 

【工作內容】

  1. Provide full range of HR support,

    advice to employees on all HR related matters.

  2. Coordinate on recruitment procedures like PR administration, job posting,

    contact with agents, update job description, interview arrangements,

    job offering, etc.

  3. New Hire settlement including orientation, personnel file, probation

    management etc.

  4. Update organization chart and manpower report.

  5. Maintain updated employees data for turnover and employee movement

    analysis.

  6. Contact with payroll and benefit providers to provide payroll/benefit

    services and ensure timely payroll and incentive bonus payment/PS and

    administration.

  7. Handle payroll and HR/benefit administration matters.

  8. Participate in the Market Survey to track the C&B trend and ensure the

    competitiveness in the labor market.

  9. Expatriate related matters.

  10. Participate in the related corporate project and assignments as needed.

 

【徵求條件】

  1. At least 5-8 years work experience in HR-related field.

  2. Work in a multinational company is preferred.

  3. Familiar with local Labor Law and other related regulations.

  4. Familiar with MS office.

  5. Quick learner, and good at details.

  6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  7. Good command of spoken and written English

  8. Hardworking and willing to help others; possesses customer oriented

    attitude.

【工作時間】9:00-18:00

 

【月休】周休二日

【薪資範圍】NT$50,000-70,000 / per month
